Publishing

Applied-Geoscience offers publishing services, including print, digital, and website. We are currently the official publisher and webmaster of the Society of Applied Geoscientists and Engineers (SAGE) (sagetech.org), including the SAGE Record, and the Gulf Coast Association of Geological Societies (GCAGS) (gcags.org), including the GeoGulf Transactions conference proceedings and the peer-reviewed GCAGS Journal.

We also provide editorial services, both contractually and volunteer. In a volunteer capacity, James Willis currently serves as Editor-in-Chief for SAGE and Editor of the SAGE Record (2021–present) and in various editorial capacities for GCAGS since 1990, including as Managing Editor (2010–present) and Permanent Transactions Editor (2017–present) for GCAGS. He previously served as Editor and Publisher for the Lafayette Geological Society from 2001–2019.
